Dr. Watkins, a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, is well versed in all aspects of general plastic and reconstructive surgery. He has published extensively in the field and has been an educator to his peers with an impressive variety of original presentations. He divides his time between cosmetic surgery and reconstructive surgery (including hand surgery) for victims of trauma and cancer. He offers a full complement of cosmetic surgery procedures.
